ToRs for INTERNATIONAL CONSULTANT ON ORGANIC PISTACHIO MANAGEMENT


Within an international development programme carried out in Syria by a UN Agency the Consultant will undertake the following tasks:

1. Prepare a training course on organic pistachio field management, with emphasis on pest and disease control under organic standards, and processing for the duration of 5 days. The course will include one day of practical in the field and in processing lines;
2. Carry out the training course, with the above characteristics;
3. Prior to the course execution, prepare detailed training notes in English, to be delivered to the trainees as knowledge material.
