REQUIREMENTS:

- EU are seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates.

- Candidates will need to have previous experience on peace keeping missions and a commitment to human rights and democracy.

- Candidates must fulfil essential requirements listed in Annexes attached re. EU citizenship, integrity, negotiation skills, flexibility, physical and mental health, ability to communicate effectively in English and computer skills.

-Knowledge of the Middle East, Arabic and Hebrew will be an asset

Health Considerations:

- It is expected that all of the observers are very physically fit and in good health without any physical or mental problems or substance dependency which may impair operational performance in the Mission.

In our experience only candidates with the relevant experience will be accepted by the EU.
